PS Executive Centers adds three new facilities
New Centers in Cincinnati, Tampa and Orlando
Cleveland, May 15, 2002: PS Executive Centers based in Westlake, Ohio, one of the nation’s largest independent operators of office business centers, will open three new facilities in July. These centers will offer broadband Internet services, state-of-the-art telecommunications, virtual and turnkey workstations, furnished offices and team rooms as well as on-demand administrative support by a team of friendly and helpful professionals.
This brings the total number of PS Executive Centers to eleven:
· Cleveland: Beachwood, Independence (2), and Westlake
· Columbus: Dublin, Easton Town Center, and Worthington
· Cincinnati: Mason
· Indianapolis: Woodfield Crossing
· Orlando: Lake Mary
· Tampa: I-75 corridor
Each PS Executive Center consists of 45 to 75 furnished executive suites, a common reception area, conference room and meeting facilities. There are three different types of executive suites:
· Individual offices for one to three people depending on size
· Team rooms which may be configured for 4 to 8 people, and
· Virtual Offices designed for traveling or home-based executives.
In today’s uncertain business climate, traditional lease arrangements are simply too inflexible. At a PS Executive Center, clients can rent by the hour, day or month. This allows our clients to explore non-conventional office alternatives that are faster, better and more economical.
For the home-based or traveling executive, a modest monthly fee allows clients to take advantage of a corporate address, professional telephone answering services, call screening and access to offices, conference facilities and meeting rooms as and when needed.
Each PS client is supported by a capable company receptionist and a staff with access to the latest word processing and desktop publishing technology and a comprehensive array of telecommunications and business support services. PS clients also enjoy free membership of the Access Workplaces™ program, which provides eight hours of complimentary conference room or model office usage at over 360 affiliate locations worldwide.

PS Executive Centers was founded by Jerry Single and Richard Butterfield in 1986. With extensive computer industry backgrounds, they believed an opportunity existed for a new executive suite company that could combine technological superiority with solid sales and marketing strength. By 1997, the company had grown at an annual compounded rate in excess of 25% and joined the Weatherhead 100 list of outstanding growth companies awarded by Case Western Reserve University.
