Strategy 7: Your Location

The location should be centrally situated, if not in the home then close to it. Your executive will need convenient access to Interstate highways, the airport and your major market area.

An office building should have easy in/out, plenty of parking, restaurants, hotels and retail facilities nearby. Look for a secure building with ample parking in a low crime area.
