Strategy 3: An Executive Suite

During the last 10 years, many national companies have used executive suites for their field sales offices. At first sight you may balk at paying $60 per square foot for an office. But the monthly cost of traditional office space is substantially higher after you factor in the additional cost of a secretary/receptionist, telephones, copiers, furniture and a conference room which, in an executive suite, is shared with other clients.

There is another major consideration - flexibility. In today's uncertain business climate, an executive suite offers short term lease arrangements which allow you to expand or contract without penalty.

Most executive suite users would agree that there is much to be said for going to work at a place where there are other like-minded individuals, not to mention leaving your work behind when you leave each night.
