PS has offered mailing services and telephone answering for almost 25 years. But until now, there was nowhere for a client who was picking up their mail to sit down quietly and open letters. The new Executive Club program not only addresses this need, but also allows the home-based executive to enjoy a cup of coffee, check their e-mails, and even take advantage of the high speed color printer/copier. The $25 monthly fee provides access to any PS facility and includes free coffee and wi-fi.


PS announces SmartOffice program

PS is pleased to announce a brand new program for work-from-home entrepreneurs. For those people looking for a better solution than the noise and bustle of Starbucks, the SmartOffice program offers our clients the use of a private office in our center where they can meet their clients in a businesslike environment.

In essence, the executive can contract for 5, 10 or an unlimited number of days use of a private furnished office each month during business hours. We have found this to be especially attractive in start-up situations where funds are limited, and a long term commitment out of the question. Plans start at $99 for 5 days use per month.

PS adds TouchDown Space offering

PS has been offering access to private furnished offices ‘by the hour’ for a number of years, but until recently the demand was limited. Recent articles in the business press have increased awareness of the availability and benefits of this arrangement, so we decided to relaunch the product under the name TouchDown space.

The concept is to provide desk space for those seeking a professional working environment away from coffee shops or restaurants.

Plans start at $69 for 5 days use per month.

PS opens new Dublin facility
July 1, 2008

On July 1st PS opened its brand new center on the sixth floor of 655 Metro Place in Dublin.

Sheryl Bannister, who joined PS as Branch Manager in 2004, stated: “This new facility offers our clients first rate amenities in a prominent location right next to I-275. This is one of the tallest buildings in the area and the views are spectacular. There is even an on-site health club. I really like the new cyber café where clients can relax with a good cup of java and enjoy the free wi-fi.”

PS moves to Polaris
May 1, 2008

After ten years in Worthington, PS just re-located at a brand new facility in the bustling Polaris market. PS occupies the fourth floor of the Mettler-Toledo building, conveniently located on Polaris Parkway right next to I-71. The facility offers a cyber café, two conference rooms and individual meeting rooms for use by our Serviced and Virtual Office clients.

Alesa Woods, who joined PS in 1996, said: “The client offices in this facility are exactly what our clients are looking for – bright, airy and well equipped. This is not only a great place to work, but they love the array of restaurants and shops that are all within 5 minutes drive.”
